Jonathan T. McPhee concentrates in the area civil litigation, including personal injury. The core of Attorney McPhee’s litigation practice is real estate related. He represents home and land owners, developers and building trade people in matters involving adverse possession and boundary disputes, breach and enforcement of contracts, landlord tenant matters, foreclosures and foreclosure defense, zoning and code enforcement matters, condominium law and fraudulent transfers of real property. Attorney McPhee also supports the firm’s commercial and corporate practice, and is admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.
Attorney McPhee is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the University of Maine School of Law. He is licensed to practice in both the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent many years working offshore as a commercial fisherman.
